HAARP

影响最大、最直接的是对流层，它的存在和变化直接 影响地面的气候和所有生物的生存。其实电离层对环境和人类的影响，不亚于对流层。从太阳和宇宙深处辐射到地球来的各种射线，绝大部分都被电离层（包括电离 层中的臭氧层）及平流层反射和吸收，否则地球上的一切生命将不复存在。地球的圈层作为一个整体，电离层的变化，也必然会影响到对流层和平流层。实际上若没 有电离层的话，地球上远距离的无线电通讯也是不可能实现的。

人们常说的天气是指对流层而言，而电离层的天气则称为空间天气。空间天气是指从太阳和宇宙深处传向地球的各种离子的密度、结构和变化情况。显然， HAARP对于地球物理场的改变，必然会影响到大气层（包括对流层、平流层、电离层）的密度、结构和对流，在非常时期也许就会作为战争的武器。

地球物理武器
HAARP利用相控阵天线的原理，调整每个天线发射微波的相位，使180个天线发射的微波聚集形成一个波束，发射到高空电离层中的某一点，可以使能量聚束 到1瓦/厘米3。把这样强大的能量，用于破坏指定地点上空的电离层结构，是轻而易举的事。发射到电离层的微波束，可以像微波炉一样，把以该点为中心一定范 围的电离层加热，直至把臭氧层烧出一个大“洞”。宇宙中的各种射线（如紫外线）可以通过这个空洞长驱直入，毫无阻碍地侵入地球，释放出比核爆炸强大得多的 辐射能，造成对人类的巨大伤害，甚至可以杀死一定目标范围内的所有生物。由于地球是一个整体，电离层好似包围在地球外面的一层薄薄的肥皂泡，电离层加热后 烧出一个大洞，相当于肥皂泡一处受损，其结果将导致整个肥皂泡的变形乃至破裂。地球各圈层的平衡破坏后，必然会影响平流层和对流层，甚至造成大气环流的改 变，引起所在地区内的洪水和干旱。当然电离层平衡的破坏，也会影响到以电离层为反射体的地面上远距离无线电通讯。
编辑本段 回目录 HAARP - 设置太空天然屏障离子体是由大量自由电子和离子组成，并且整体上表现为中性的电离气体。它可以由热致电离、气体放电、高能离子轰击、激光照射等方法使气体电离为等离子 体。等离子体的最大的特性是具有其自身的振荡频率。只有外界电磁波的频率高于等离子体的集体振荡频率时，才能穿过等离子体，并在其中传播，否则只能在等离 子体的界面上产生反射。所以，一旦形成了等离子体，就等于在太空形成了一道天然的屏障。
HAARP通过在地面某一点或多点上以回旋振荡加热的形式，把高能离子流沿当地的地磁力线，以一定的频率发射出去，离子在回旋振荡加热的过程中，其速度越 来越大，温度越来越高，最终使气体电离。当带电离子的密度达到一定程度时（如普通气体中有0.1%的气体电离），就变为等离子体。轰击离子的速度加大，回 旋振荡加热产生的带电离子密度也会加大，结果就会产生不同高度和特性的等离子体。有了这种等离子体，就等于在太空形成了各种形式的天然屏障。这个天然屏障 既可以用来堵塞、干扰和破坏敌人的通讯，保护己方通讯，也可以把在太空形成等离子团——高电离化的空气云，作为一种强大的武器，把它投向敌方的飞机、导弹、卫星等目标的前方和两侧后，会产生旋转力矩，使目标偏离飞行轨道，并在巨大的超重压差和惯性影响下销毁。整个过程只需0.1秒。

成功地在电离层的极光之中制造出了人造极光
－在自然极光的内部，一个个绿色的人造光斑。

电喷流是指在电离层水平方向流动的电流，它可以存在于任何纬度地带。但是，在两极附近电喷流要比低纬度地带强大得多。在极地的电喷流称为极光电喷流，它是产生极光的能源。
要在地面上发射极低频电磁波是十分困难的。因为发射的天线必须与发射的低频电磁波的波长相匹配。如要发射30赫的电磁波，需要的天线长度为1000公里， 显然是不可能的。但可以利用强大的极光电喷流来做虚拟天线。极光作为一种活动的非线性介质，其主要能量集中于2.8～10兆赫，这和HAARP的工作频率 是一致的。HAARP用载波（其频率范围是2.8～10兆赫）将其要发射的频率（低频或高频）进行调制，然后发射至臭氧层。如果HAARP的频率能引起极 光电喷流谐振，那么就可以把极光电喷流变成一个虚拟天线。使之辐射出具有极强能量的电磁波，其高频可到几百万赫，低频可低至0～1000赫。

高频电磁波可以构成对无线电通讯的干扰，甚至可以破坏大面积或局部地区的通讯设备（包括卫星通信、有线和无线通讯）。低频电磁波可以和人的大脑工作频率 （0.5～40赫）一致，从而进行意识的控制。人的大脑波可分为四组：茁波（13～35赫）控制人的正常活动，琢波（8～12赫）控制人的学习和注意力， 兹波（4～7赫）控制人的想像力，啄波（0.5～3赫）控制人的睡眠。来自极光电喷流的这些高强度的甚低频电磁波进入大脑后，不仅可以起到控制对方士兵的 意识、破坏其思维的目的，更有甚者，强大的60赫的频率可以破坏DNA，减弱人的免疫能力，后果难以想像。利用这些低频电磁武器作战，可以很快造成对方有 生力量的瘫痪，不战而胜。
同时由极光辐射出来的低频电磁波，也可以作为电磁波的场源，用于各种电磁法勘探，如实施大地透视层析成像等。既可以用于军事目的，也可以民用。如探测水下潜艇、发现地下建筑、勘探地下矿产资源等。

HAARP计划于1993年启动，2002年建成，2003年开始实施研究。实际上，HAARP的军事用途是显而易见的。它随时可以变成战略性地球武器，干扰无线电通信，使飞机、导弹、运载火箭、卫星、宇宙飞行器以及地球上的电子设施失效。美国海军一直想改善海军基地与核潜艇之间的无线电联系。美国科学家认为，有可能利用大功率高频电磁波束调整地球极光光束的频率，从而产生能被核潜艇接收的长波段电磁波束。美国军方人士希望通过HAARP项目的研究，能够利用电离层与核潜艇进行通信联系，遥感地表内的油田和隧道，延长卫星的寿命，增大超视距预警雷达的探测距离，并可能用于拦截带核弹头的洲际弹道导弹。
