看了下wiki里关于EBW的描述，用这个TYN1225感觉基本上可以用。实在不行，用2个并联应该也够了。

TYN1225刚好是100A/us。

1225在10ms脉冲下能到250A。实际脉冲很短，或许能到500A。不行就2个并总可以了。
